They're indeed a small deluxe, more comparable to contemporary Deluxe figures than that of pre-DOTM deluxes.

Yes, Intimidator is sized specifically to stand beside FP-enhanced Superior, Colossus, Giant & MMC's Feral Rex.

From their comparison with Jazz and the in-packaging images, they should be the same scale with the rest of the Causality series.
