Default Will we see Dinobots in TFP Beast Hunters?

I just saw this video on Youtube that prob most everyone else had already seen:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lULXg3eDTlI

...which shows Shockwave talking about beings escaping from his lab that are too powerful, cannot be controlled and are heading to earth. And from the other video we have seen where Shockwave is presenting the Predacons and Predaking to Megatron, we may be able to assume it's not them he is referring to, since they seem under control. There seems to be more and more evidence suggesting that the Dinobots will appear.

Evidence the Dinobots WILL be in Beast Hunters:
    * The above Youtube video
    * The writers for season 3 saying that more old recognizable characters for both sides will show up in the 13 episodes that they have not announced yet
    * The comic series: Rage of the Dinobots, tying FOC to TFPrime
    * The new comic: Transformers Prime: Beast Hunters that is coming out in May showcasing the Dinobots (see link) : http://www.seibertron.com/transforme...his-may/26786/
    * Unlikely they would have beasts only on one side (besides Thundertron we haven't seen much on the Autobots side beast wise in the new toys)

Evidence the Dinobots WILL NOT be in Beast Hunters
    * No Dinobot toys on show at the Toyfair (though the Constructicons in Animated got no toys and they showed up. But then they didn't cost a fortune to animate in 3D)
    * No news from Hasbro regarding Dinobots
    * The claw that appears at the end of the Shockwave clip looks more like Predakings than Grimlocks
    * The new comic still has the Dinobots on Cybertron, where it is likely their story will focus, rather than Earth

So will we see the Dinobots or wont we? I just don't know, though sadly at this point I am leaning towards probably not.

Don't care. If it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't. Just as long as they don't do this again...

Don't care, the series will be ruined if they add heaps and heaps of new characters because the original characters won't get much screen time and get put aside.

Probably, the dinobots seem very popular at the moment, and it appears that there are already character designs as made for the comics.

they need some new autobot characters to fill out the cast a little I think, the autobots are severely outnumbered.

Solution: high casualty rate. Introduce some epic saga that just ends up slaughtering most of the original cast! Hey, we had plenty of such stories when we were kids growing up with G1! e.g. Transformers The Movie, The Underbase Saga, Target: 2006, Time Wars, On The Edge of Extinction etc., and various regular stories where characters would just be removed. And TF Prime certainly doesn't seem to adverse to doing this now... we've already seen the following characters bite the dust:
    + Cliffjumper
    + Skyquake
+ CyLAS (aka Leland Silas Bishop)
    + Dreadwing
    + Airachnid (presumably)
    + Wheeljack (?)
    + Optimus Prime

Although... it would be smarter to kill off characters AFTER they're no longer in production. I wonder if Cliffjumper's early demise might have anything to do with the slow movement of the toy. Conceptually I think Cliffjumper's a good toy -- not at all being a repaint of Bumblebee and all... yet he still pegwarms something chronic. Hasbro were a bit smarter during G1... kill off characters based on toys that are no longer in production, and have writers focus on new toys! They did the same with Beast Wars too.

Cheetor: "Jumpin' gyros, Optimus sure learns a new body fast!"
Rattrap: "Yeah well, whaddaya expect? He changes 'em often enough." <rimshot>

Though it sucked bearings that they named him Snarl instead of Slag, at least in Robot mode I thought with the tail opening up over the shoulders he looked a bit more like Snarl than Slag in robot mode. Spose if the likes of Tracks can be a bunch of different sports cars, Snarl can be different dinosaurs (but no - should definetly have been named Slag)

You forgot Breakdown, though in the end I suppose it was CyLAS anyway. Also Tailgate & Seaspray bit the dust off-screen - though I suppose that doesn't really count. Cool we are going to get a Tailgate toy though

Keep in mind though, that the Predacons aren't entirely Decepticons either. Lazerback's bio suggests he is as much against the Decepticons as he is against the Autobots.

Prime Dinobots, unlikely with only 13 episodes...

And thundertron is a good guy? One day I night read that book. Although the first one was pretty badly written, I don't think I could handle another.

Thundertron was a Star Seeker on the packaging, with his own faction symbol, which wasn't Autobot or Decepticon... but sounded "evil", so I don't think you'd put him in with the Autobots.
The JP redeco Leo Prime was an Autobot though.
