    Default JP Generations 23 & 24 AND GTR-04

From one of the American online stores comes details of the next two JP Generations toys and the fourth GTR toy.

    TFG-23 Metroplex
    TFG-24 Legends Optimus/Roller & Bumblebee/Blazemaster (4-pack)

GTR-04 Maximus (with a Master Sword and Race Queen figurine)

Each are due out September at that site (which could mean late August in Japan), and there are some preliminary pics of each.

Maximus has the distinct blue and red of the Gen1 character/toy (even having the knee spikes painted like the red leg cannons of the original toy), but I wonder if there will be an explanation as to why they chose a mostly green colour scheme for it.

Geez, that's a bit too much for me as well. I was planning on getting pretty much all Hasbro this year anyway.

Better quality images of GTR-4 Maximus, and some details of the JP version of Metroplex.

Aside from the usual colour differences the JP Generations toys have, including shiny bits, the JP Generations Metroplex will have two big red guns - the Hasbro version only has one. This won't really make a big difference, as the big red guns on the Gen1 Metroplex formed part of Six-Gun... but on this Metroplex it is just a gun (looks like a missile launcher).

I think it will look better with just the one gun, and if the colours aren't too different to the Hasbro version, it is a lot of extra money for an extra gun.

I just hope the Hasbro Metroplex's gun isn't with that ridiculous orange tip like what I saw in facebook. His gun doesn't look like any modern day gun anyways so I don't see the point of putting a stupid orange tip to it.
