This came up on a google search for the recent Transformers plushies - a Northern NSW healthcare organisation having an annual conference that they call Transformers, with this year's being Transformers 4 (their fourth annual conference - and Transformers 3 was last year's).
Looking over their websites, there is no reference of the name in Transformers font or altered Autobot symbol, being authorised or licensed by Hasbro... and they aren't listed on their partner pages.
