They're not the best in that respect. My last order with 3 items had two bits of that inflated plastic padding on just one side of the shipping carton.

That sucks dude. Get a refund, you're entitled to it, not allowed to sell ko on ebay.

I just had a look on eBay, and wow, such a huge flood of KO's. Were these produced by CHMS? I thought they were taken down some time ago, and from memory, their previous KO Fracture release was out of box.

I'd urge to reconsider your stance on not pursuing recompense (or at very least reporting the seller) for the following reasons:
+ $13... dude - you could almost buy a Commander Class figure for that! Also, it's not just the money, it's the principle IMO.
+ This seller relies on your inaction to survive. This time he's robbed you of $13... what's to say next time he won't rob someone else of $130 or $1300? Collectively this person could be making a lot of money through deceiving people.

I agree with this, How many of these fakes has he sold with no complaints.

Paid similar amount for mine loose from the UK. Can't help worrying it's a knockoff but it's still in one piece and has no defects.

The overwhelming response by all of you has convinced me to reconsider my poisition on this matter.

I have since forwarded a complaint to eBay regarding Seller: yilitec for Item Numbers: 390634058735 & 390637435072 and have entered into a PayPal Dispute seeking a Full Refund.

This probably isn't the place to do it, but I'd encourage anyone & everyone who's reading this to report this Seller & these items to eBay with regards to these Fakes/Knock Offs/Counterfeits - spread the word and help others to avoid the same mistake I made.

Well, mine seems genuine. Only seems to fail the narrow/wide ridges comparison but then I can't see the difference in the sample pictures either.

thanks goodness I got that figure (Fracture) when it was being sold, overseas though... I paid for about $35 plus shipping but it was with the movie Getaway ( repaint CYb Hotshot) and Crankcase (another Cyb repaint) so the shipping was reasonable.

Finally got my TF comics RID... this comics keep getting better and better. Pharma is one sick medic but me likey heheheh hope they make a toy of him with interchangeable hand attachments gimmick.
