Recently received (and not sure if I posted them here!)
Takara Reissue Galvatron, and
Takara Reissue Galvatron II.
Both brand new, and now loose for display. Purpletron is in robot mode, Galvatron II (without the weird gold stickers) in alt mode, near my Masterpieces.
I need to sort out some form of cabinets (and space) for my Masterpieces one of these days...

I think any bigger and it would be a split delivery. But I use UPS rather than USPS so I think they have more generous size limits.
There were a few other non-hasbro items in there besides what was pictured, the box was pretty tightly packed, everything came in great condition as usual, except for the 'Grimlock/Bruticus' set which was strangely soggy. Doesn't worry me too much since I won't be keeping the packaging but I'm sure it would piss some people off so I'm going to tell them about it anyway.

hey griffin, thanks for having me over.So yesterday, I was minding my own business and all,
when suddenly there came a knock at the door...
To my surprise outside was a fellow,
by the name of Ultra Marginal who came to say "hello".
Inside he came and checked out the collection,
for a few hours he was here and liked the selection.
While we were talking about the series Animated,
he went to his bag and to me he said...
I got you this toy, I hope it's a fave,
it's white and its small, it was Electrostatic Soundwave.
Sure enough, as an unreleased toy I had missed it,
and many thanks to Marginal, no more prowling of ebay for it.
(I couldn't believe he brought it with him just in case I didn't yet have it... noting that I had mentioned some time ago that it was one that I had trouble convincing myself to buy because it wasn't officially released. Now... I' seem to be having trouble convincing myself to get various Lucky Draw toys.
I had a great time looking through your collection as always and chatting with a fellow collector is always a good time.
The Electromagnetic soundwave I was 90% sure you wouldn't have it, being it was never packaged for retail distribution. and it was the least I could do to thank you for all your Botcon efforts and post botcon shipping arrangments.
One day you'll have to visit my relatively meagre collection
