It's not, Ive just checked mine and yes there is a stressmark on that plastic. looks like the eject play wont be played as much anymore. So much for the figure being a "Masterpiece" 
oh and mine is a TakaraTomy one...I would imagine the Hasbro one wouldn't be any different (except for the eye color)
