It's a backwards commission. Kind of a "paint it and they will come". When it's done (or very nearly done), I'll put it on the market here. Maybe a Dutch auction? Haven't entirely decided yet.

I'm a glutton for punishment. To be fair, the metroplex was an enormous job, but I loved every minute of it.
