I actually like the yellow better with the black, than the green on the original. And the weapon attached to the front of the car works with the rest of the jagged detailing.

Thats my thinking too, but I hope that in said episode that he does not have that kind of character, Hasbro's bio writing has been rather lacking of late.

i just had that thought as well, you could display the green version the decp earth mode robots and pretend that the blazing figure is the cyb mode.So they appear seperately. i still wonder if the engine block for this one could be used to attach on ratchets right arm

I would say that is a sure thing. The toy's color scheme has been redesigned before or early on production of Season 3, so it would not surprise me if Lockdown's next appearance will look like that.

I like it and will get one. At the very least one could just swap the bonnets bewtween lockdowns to get right colours and chainsaw effect. I really like the Decepticon insignia on the roof of the car.
