    Default Rebuilding my modest collection

Hi, new member and. Just joined to join in on the wealth of information here to start collecting.

I've just started rebuilding my childhood collection of Transformers. After a recent trip home to collect I found my old man had thrown out most of my collection. (They were in boxes in the basement.)

I managed to salvage my much loved Soundwave G1 and Silverbolt (I lost the rest of my complete Superion.)

Soundwave was missing his Shoulder pod and Laserbeaks Boosters. I also lost Ratbat.

I managed to find a spare pod on eBay and it's on it's way. It was then I discovered Masterpiece Soundwave. MP-02 and MP-13 (plus cassettes). I originally wanted the MP-02 to get all cassettes, but I've decided I prefer the look of MP-13 and I'll source the cassettes separately.

I also lost my much loved Predator Stalker Tank. I'm keen to replace him with a Machine Wars Soundwave.

    Welcome to the Ozformers!

It's a shame your collection got thrown away. I do hope you recover all of what you lost. I've heard a couple of other members here having the same horror story of their old toys being thrown or given away by their parents..... I wish they'd ask first ( like my mum does ) so that at least there be no sad stories like these.

I have never told him the dollar value of what he threw out as I have no desire to hurt him , but he is from the older generation where men don't play with toys one day when my kids grow up I will let them sell my collection happily sort of like a fun savings account
Also welcome ,good luck hunting down those bots
I didn't tell my dad either. The collection included some original Star Wars toys too, along with GI Joe and some classic Ninja Turtles.

Soundwave G1 is complete. Masterpiece is on his way.
    Next up is Superion.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Sorry for the double post, not seeing an edit button.

I'll post a few pics once I've pulled together some more items.

Look what arrived today from eBay seller toy_story_world.

Was extremely well packed in super thick cardboard. No major marks on box.

Now just gotta wait until I get home.
