So a few months ago my wife bought some Megablocks for our baby girl, who's now 18 months old. A few were loose and getting worse so she called them up to complain. They said they'll send some replacement blocks or another toy if they don't have any blocks. That was yesterday; today, we got some replacement blocks and a Heat-Shield Batman figure for ages 3+. It's pretty cool
