Lots of possibilities if they want to truly branch out:

•A buddy cop movie with Streetwise as a hard talkin beat cop and Groove as his laid back partner
•A sci-fi story where a time-travelling Vector Prime and Meantime have to travel back into the past (and try to avoid sleeping with their protoform designers)
•An action adventure where all the fences and power goes down on Dinobot Island and they run amok nearly eating everybody
•A romantic drama where Slipstream and Hot Rod fall in love but Megatron and Optimus disapprove
•A comedy where Getaway, Swerve and Whirl take Tailgate to Las Vegas and try to get his dispstick polished
•A horror where the crew of a deep space ship are killed off fairly quickly and it leaves Nautica and Wheelie trapped on board the vessel filled with Insecticons and Sparkeaters
