I think the colours on G2 Superion and Menasor look absolutely awful! Just like they are supposed to be.

My strange temptation to get one of them is a madness akin to a desire to buy and wear the loudest Hawaiian shirt one can imagine.

Seibertron have uploaded two of the video clips shown at the Generations presentation, and they should end up being uploaded by Hasbro eventually (if not already).

Combiner Wars promo video, featuring the Devastation Game.

Victorion design process, including the thought behind some of the character and colour elements.
(the video says it is the result of the second annual fan-vote, but that's incorrect, as it was voted and revealed in 2013, while Victorion was voted and revealed in 2015... with each toy being released the following year - but this could mean more fan-vote toys are likely in future years)

but yes , it is eye bleedingly vibrant.
To be fair, the fans weren't exactly given great options there.

    Blue, Cyan, Tan? Uhhh...no thanks.
    Orange, Grey, Blue? Pass.
Red, Cyan, White? *sigh* Sure, whatever, the red sounds fine.

Thanks for Windblade @Hasbro, she's pretty great. Victorion...not so much.

I don't really care about the G2 stuff, Victorion has an interesting new head mold, incredible combining sword and I like the fact that the combined form is uniformly coloured, it's unfortunate that the colours look like a tray of toffee apples exploded. i'm also a bit surprised that the remolded chopper arms weren't used for the protectobots so their helicopter guy wasn't sporting missile racks.

I haven't seen anything in these reveals that I'm keen on. Scattershot is a massive disappointment.

Love the G2 giftsets, while not needed in my collection its fantastic that Hasbro would go and do them. Hopefully in 2016 we see another G2 Bruticus giftset.

The Fan Combiner - love the sword, love the hands and feet but the rest is an easy pass. Not a fan of the colour schemes at all.

Scattorshot is such a disappointment - didn't Hasbro just say at Botcon that they would be doing teams now, so why are they making Scattorshot part of a new combiner and not doing anything with the torso mode to make it look different to Superion.

News on no Beasts is also very frustrating, and I really hope that it's just part of a late 2016 plan they don't want to talk about. Predaking and Abominus need to be made

I think the issue with Victorion's colour scheme is that those three colours could look pretty interesting if the palette was spread between all 5 figures, with each taking on one of the predominant colours and having other colours for back up, however Hasbro decided to have the team share the one colour scheme, and so the figures have come out as they have.

I think orange grey and blue would work a lot better as long as either orange or blue were used sparingly as spot colour and the break up colour was grey.

Red Cyan and white might have worked to if Hasbro had limited either red or Cyan and broken it up with some white. As it stand Victorion is all Red and Cyan clash with no white at all to break it up. I guess maybe they wanted to ape that old red and blue collector club combiner, who also looked terrible.

If TakaraTomy "wtf'd" at Hasbro chopping the odd combiner limb... i wonder what they think about the fully amputee'd "Computron" they've made!

The more I look at Victorion, the more it grows on me. The colours being so bright along with the head sculpt and sword give it a kind of otherworldly feel which is pretty cool. I hope that's preserved in the final product.
