Thread: Second 2015 Club Subscription Toy is Nacelle

    Not only does my Nacelle have the tail wings reversed but it also has two right forearms leaving a big gap on the outside of the left arm. I contacted funpub about two weeks ago about it through their customer feedback link (the one they ask you to use) but have not heard anything back

    @Krayt just wondering which email you used? One of the ones above from SuspectimusPrime?

    BTW I asked nicely too!

    Admin@ was the one i used.... and was only 13 hours before i got a reply...


    Actually, just noticed the addresses are funpubinc.com....

    Yeah my Nacelle has the reversed leg wings and main wing joint as well...

    Ah well, looks fine in bot mode with the rest of my seekers

    Well you still hold the record Krayt with a 13 hour response it took 34 hours to get my response but at least they're answering on the admin@ email so anyone else who has problems with their TFCC toys should use it to contact them.

    Funpub are sending me out an arm replacement which is great but have stated that all of their replacements have the reversed tail issue so can't offer me a solution to that which is disappointing considering how much these things cost...
    I'll probably have a go at fixing the tail fins myself, but I'm not to confident pushing pins out as they are usually a one way street from previous experience (once they come out assuming you don't damage the plastic they usually don't go back in as well)

    I have no response yet, I suppose i'll send them a direct email tonight with some photos. this makes it the end of the third working day for them since I submitted my form through their website.

    I hadn't mentioned the tail fins... only the main wing hinges. Will be interesting to see what the replacement has (it's somewhere between sydney and melbourne)

    So they are ignoring the wing connectors now as well, and only sending out the replacement arm?
    I guess Krayt got lucky, by getting in before everyone else realised the problem to ask for a replacement (or they were all using the website contact page, which doesn't seem to work... as with most things from FunPub).

    I didn't even bother mentioning the reverse main wing connector issue as I assumed the other two issues would of been enough to warrant an issue free replacement.

    I guess it was wishful thinking that they would have replacements with no issues because judging from the wording in the email I received, it seems all of the Nacelle toys were made with the reverse main wing and reverse tail fins problems?? or at least the ones for Australian members
