Here is a link to a link of scans from the latest figure king magazine with colour photos of the old fella.

Looks fantastic, not sure about the roof panel that's black, I think it may switch around but otherwise it looks fantastic. someone in the thread in the link says it is mentioned that he's about 21cm high. cool.

Yep it says he is 21cm tall and sized well with the other Mp cars that is 16-18cm tall.
