On a positive note, my local Big W has redeemed themselves through excellent customer service rendered by their store manager Mark.
This bloke searched high and low to find me Devy today... Going through stock and all AND immediately contacting me via store intercom as well as a phone call PLUS placing item on reserve for me at the layby counter.
Now that's excellent customer service for you!
I'm writing in to give him great feedback because he deserves it.
The rest of the staff need to learn from him.
