This is the Marvel Shape Shifters Punisher, he came from a line of toys when they tried to do Marvel Superhero Transformers based on their human forms. Spiderman became a spider, Wolverine became a Wolf while Punisher became a 'gun', i.e. Punisher doing the splits and crapping out a giant barrel out of his butt.
