Decided this morning that I might get one... went to Zing and fortunately they had 1 left (on hold, but the guy didn't show up) so I got it this afternoon. Didn't realise they were so hard to acquire, so I'm very lucky... Looks fantastic.

Very lucky, my local told me they didn't order any spares. if you search the zing site, it doesn't even come up.

The EB Games site had it available for delivery but now says 'Purchase in store only' so seems like that's it for EB/Zing stock.

Has anyone in Melbourne CBD received a pick up notice as yet? I checked in last week and on Monday and they said stock was in transit to them.

To answer my own question, yes. I got an sms pretty much straight after that post!

Went to EB games. Only pre ordered stock is being sent to them. Will call head office tomorrow for me, see if any are left.

Go here for EB games stores (the link is on the product page to search stores) - select WA in the "state" box, and it will give you the remaining WA stores that still have Ectotron at the top of the page (only five stores left in WA as of right now).
If you don't select a state, it will list all stores in Australia, with the ones that still have Ectotron at the top... which is only 16 stores left in the country as of this post.

There is no Zing search link (or product page), as they must have only had pre-orders sent to their stores, with the remaining stock sent to EB stores.
