btw have you considered installing glass doors on your cabinets (if possible?) would that prevent the dust build-up?

Cheers dude, I love ID4 (Saw the Australian Midnight Premier at the now defunct Regent Theatre in Wollongong) and this big guy is pretty sweet but is horribly let down by what is honestly piss-poor engineering - His photo-sensor gimmick is nice though.
I have indeed considered putting glass doors on my cabinets but the problem is that I'd then have to anchor them to the walls of the house - Plus the cost of glass doors isn't too cheap either but the idea is certainly still in the cards.
