Transformers questions by newbies, and not-so-newbies

I meant as more of a g1 esque one to get a group of thundercrackers. Like the masterpiece, the generations figure, the G1 figure etc.
I like my generations TC though.

Armada Thundercracker is G1-esque due to coloration and styling features, but I guess it depends on the individual's definition of "esque"
I loved Energon Starscream due to his likeness in robot form to his G1 counterpart, same same with Hot Rod and others. I guess this was the first time when I realised what an homage was.

So could G1 Motormaster be considered the first Nemesis Prime? After all he has the purple and black combination, is a truck, was a direct rival to Optimus (in the cartoon at the very least and Bio too) and he is also a commander.

Really all he is lacking is the name.

Personally, I'd prefer to look at it as every Nemesis Prime/Scourge is that universe's Motormaster.

It's more like the rights to the mold. An MP figure would be too close to the mold to evade the rights of the mold, IIRC. The name is fine.
I think the closest you will get is the new Masterpiece scale Fans Toy's "Quake Wave", which looks really good, with lights and (hopefully) sounds.
