Heya does anyone have the G2 UK Constructicons MOC?, just wondering if they are the same card size proportions as the G1 constructicons?

The type you've pictured, the late G1 (g1.5) UK non-combing release, have smaller cards than the G1 constructions. Somewhere between 2/3 to 1/2 the size of the G1 cards.
It's technically pure G1, not even G1.5 as those toys were never repackaged as G2. The G2 Constructicons themselves are an entirely different set; different colours, and of course, restored ability to form Devastator.![]()
This 'G1.5' has too many rules. I only, begrudgingly, included reference to it because I thought if I didn't I'd be told I was wrong not to.

thanks some great information guys, yeh realized its not G2, would make sense that these are smaller cards given they dont come with any accessories for the combiner mode

I think anything released in the UK after America axed their Gen1 line, could be referred to as either Gen1 or Gen1.5... as it is a very vague concept that isn't even an official term. It is just something some fans use to be a little more specific to a year and a half of toys released by one branch of Hasbro (which made there way here because it was before our Hasbro branch switched to Hasbro America stock in 1997).
Anything more specific is just being picky.
Just measured my set for you man;
Card height is 20.8cm
Card width is 14.4cm
Edge of card to edge of bubble (incase of the case rail placement)is approx 1cm
Depth from back of card to front of bubble is approx 4cm
These measurements are overall on my set. So, might be a good idea to allow tolerances just in case there are some slight differences (especially regarding the bubble placement in relation to the internal case rails.)
Are you measuring against a AFA case you already have? I'd be interestd to know if these guys fit in the normal Construction cases also![]()
i just call them yellow constructicons![]()
