I shipped my pile of loot from BBTS last week by UPS International Expedited, which has a delivery commitment of 3-5 business days to Asia, excluding the day of pick up, holidays, etc.
It received an arrival scan at Perth on Sunday and was scheduled for delivery today (Tuesday), however when I checked the tracking this morning it's now been updated to Thursday.
I've had a look through the terms and conditions and as far as I can tell, if they deliver on Thursday they will have failed to meet the 3-5 business day delivery commitment. It was picked up in the US on the 13th which would make Thursday the 6th business day, excluding the pickup day, Saturday, Sunday and a day lost crossing the international date line.
Has anyone ever attempted to get or successfully obtained a refund for this?
