From what I was told, the emails go to their customer service/admin who redirects them to the applicable people or departments.
So it seems that I am being blocked, because 1orion2many just asked what I did weeks ago, and he got a reply within one day.
Looks like I'm just going to have to get other people to ask the important stuff we need to know about and post the results here. To be honest, I don't care who gets the answers, as long as Hasbro are giving us the info we deserve. If I'm a liability with this search for info, then we just have to do it another way to get you guys the answers.
