In my case, I fail at both.

(I know that a woman can be technically be knocked up by more than one man at once through heteropaternal superfecundation, but that's rare. And awesome.)
No sorry, should have specified. Silly mistake of me.

I was refering to the "built to do that" part.
So while men can sleep around, and knock up many women, and women can only have one person's baby at a time (excluding that rare heteropaternal superfecundation thing), women can string men along to raise someone else's child. Sort of in a wired to do that way.

If I am missing the point I am sorry though.

To also clarify on that part, I was referring to the Brain's wiring and it's emotional differences to Men's.

killinspoon: She cheated on you, let her go, your better without her. You deserve someone who will treat you the same way as you treat her.

All guys: Dont spend too much money on a girl in a relationship until a few months later

I'm thinking about doing a cross-country travel, and meeting all of you guys.
I feel that I have much self exploration to do; and it seems the best way for me to do that, is to learn from all of you and your experiences.

I've been physically ill for days, and need something to look forward to in my life at this point in time.

I hope to be able to save enough and make this happen, I deserve to be able to let go and have fun. I've gone my entire life living as a sensible person, who would never take any major risks.
The first one I took bit me in the behind...
Even though that one hurt, like Hursty said 'Karma works in funny yet very just ways'.
Hopefully something is waiting for me around the corner and I'll be able to have fun.

I know that dude. My first love and girl screwed me over as well. Alcohol don't work, it just leaves you with scars (I have scars on my fingers from a drunken night with a toilet paper dispenser "accident" )

In a way, we are alike. When my relationship ended, I got to writing lyrics and singing, to vent my anger and sadness. Worked well. Still got those lyrics, and am finally working on getting music to it by learning the guitar.

Years later, I am wiser and happier. Met the love of my life, own a house, getting hitched, but best of all, she doesn't mind me buying Transformers

Best not to dwell on it and look to the future. And if you do travel, make sure you visit Sydney
