There isn't at least for Sydney. At my previous place I got hit like that by the Real State so I decided to move. They wanted to increase my rent by $60 for a 1 BR unit with no car space or internal laundry. The stupid thing is that I ended up moving down the road to a 2BR unit with car space and internal laundry with a big kitchen for just $10 more than I was already paying for the 1BR and $50 less than their stupid proposed increase.Originally Posted by Tetsuwan Convoy
