From my experience, all the 'hardcore' gamers I know listen to heavy metal.
That being said, a few of them do like dubstep. I can't stand house, but luckily all the clubs I go to now mix dubstep... So it's alllll gewddd

EDIT: Figure is alright... but the music doesn't contain the same jumpiness that I like about Skrillex :/
