    Parking fine.

Got it just over a month ago and forgot about it. So they charge an extra $20.

I didnt even get it in the city, it was a suburban street discreetly marked as a permit zone after 6 pm.

How are these things even legal?

    Hope you're doing better, Yuki.

Voltaren and bedrest, at the least.

FWIW I still get residual pain from my breaks last year, and mine was only a fractured coccyx, and three wedge fractures on T7-9.

The absolute best thing for it is bedrest.

    No wait.

    Drugs.

    Then bedrest.

    *Not the illicit kind

Bed rest for most of the days. I'm bit more moveable now. Standing or sitting longer too. But its not really my bsck. It's more on the left. Like an over pulled muscle or something. Lieing flat is the best. Its not as tense. But it will still send lightnigng pain if i turn sometimes. Its like the 2nd time this year i've managed to over do it. Though i wouldn't know what i did. I have a 24hr delay in pain reactions .... yay. I'll have to shed a few kg. I think the weight on the front is really pulling things outta place. So far my bed rest excitement has allowed meto complete a set of tyranid legs. Feet, shins n thighs. Construction wise. I'm tackling arms n joints today. Just thought i'd get basic construction outta the way before i go back and try mold stuff to design prettyness.

    Dude, no.

You shouldn't be doing anything more strenuous than holding a book.

The easier you take things, the faster you'll heal.

The other stuff will still be there tomorrow.

And see your doctor. He can recommend a good anti-inflammatory, and some Valium to help with the muscle spasms/pain.

    Good luck.

It's ok peoples. I'm not up n about. I'm in one spot. Mostly. Like for 6 hours in a row. Until i remember that i need to pee. So i'm either sleep. Resting or sitting. I have all my craft stuff within reach. I'm pretty much outta nurofen gel which has mixed results and dencorub stuff which doesn't do much but smell. If you rub my lowerback you can hear movement! Doesn't hurt. So its obviously not sitting right at certain angles. Its nice to jump on here during the day to see messages of swareing encouragement to go lie down. Ozformers care! I predict walking round normally again best on monday. I have a sudden urge to watch fergully ahahahahaha. Is anyone here interested in seeing my tyranid cosplay construction. I need feedback soon i'm on my last quarter of useful glue. So back to drawing parts prob on the weekend. And noh, i'm not actually up n about. But not dead either. 'Its still moving!'.

Yeah, definitely see a doctor and get some scans done.

    You never know.

I didn't even know about my wedge fractures last year until they did the scans a week AFTER they diagnosed the fractured coccyx. I just thought it was bruised.

It's really not worth mucking about when it's your back. Best to see a doctor early, and at least get the bad possibilities eliminated.

I injured my tailbone and couldn't sit or laydown properly for 5 odd months, it tingled, pain and just general discomfort. Went to the doctors after the 5 months and he said it wasn't broken luckily but it was crap trying to sit or sleep.
