The show is called "Aaahh!! Real Monsters", and the main characters where Ickis, Krum and Oblina as well as the Gromble.

I think so. The light on top of the .. vessel lights up. i'm assuming the cord transfers some voltage.. He comes with a translucent face too

and my favorite little toy from the trip. I thought it was some kind of Astroboy but apparently it's Jetter Marus (or Mars). a really cool little thing. I need to fix his lights up though.

Believe it or not, Jetta Marus was drawn by Osamu tezuka, who dod Astroboy as well. Easy to believe i think. He even has a very small cameo in the incredibly awesome GBA game of Astroboy: The Omega factor.

A little bit hard to find infomation on him, other than Wikipeadia.

Here is the Voltron cabinet updated. A massive thanks goes to Paulbot for his generosity in providing a Voltron which I could combine with mine to make a much better Voltron. Also for the metal Voltrons which add to the shelf. Thanks heaps mate.

that is awesome.I loved voltron back in the day and even tho i didn't have any of the toys, my mate had the entire set with some castle thingy and we use to just sit around for hours and play voltron/transformers(we use to include TF's as they were robots too)

An awesome display indeed Spider ; the Panosh Place Voltron I also had as a kid though sadly it did not survive my childhood , I do however now own a far better conditioned & complete example of the figure/set and he too is a proud piece of my collection.
