Indeed. At least we've got til March 18 (settlement date) to plan everything, though! We've already decided to hire a truck and do all of the moving ourselves.

Thanks UM! Hehe, actually my budget for toy purchases will only be a little less after all the initial moving and set up expenses are over, and that's only because I can now think about starting up my own business from home (which I have been wanting to do for a very long time but never had the space).

I won't have a dedicated collection room straight away, but I will have the opportunity to get one built now that we have land. But I will definitely have more storage space for them at least.

Awesome to be home after 3 weeks globetrotting.

Belated honeymoon for the wife and I took us to Rome, Florence, Venice, Paris and Hong Kong. It was our first time overseas so was massively exciting. Saw some fantastic things and met some great people.

Rome was by my favourite, followed closely by Venice.

Speaking of Rome, My wife found a shop there that sold quite a decent range of TFs. It was great If I wasn't on a very strict time limit I could have spent hours in there even though it was a tiny shop. Anyway I picked myself up a couple of 3rd party items after some haggling, an iGear MP Ramjet and a MMC HoS Thundercracker.

Here is their website. If you're ever in Rome, I recommend you have a look. Their English is pretty much non-existant though. We caught a taxi there from the Vatican museum, had him wait for us out the front for 20 minutes, then drive us back to our hotel, on the other side of Rome, all for 25 euro.

The only downside to the whole holiday was that I got sick in Hong Kong. Feeling like you have been hit by a bus does not make for a pleasant flight home

    1st, welcome back dude!
Secondly; WHOA! - Indeed one could go crazy for hours in that store just looking at all that wonderful Super Robot paraphernalia!

Sorry to hear that you got sick on the final leg of the journey dude, but very glad to hear you both enjoyed the rest of it.

Speaking from very recent experience (and believe me I could go on and on and on), it's such an enormous undertaking. I was wrecked after spending a week moving (albeit a week that ended with Tough Mudder, so that probably contributed). I have no clue how people move house in a day. I've already vowed to spend whatever money I need to to get someone to move for me next time - hopefully not for a good many years yet.

Best of luck. If you need packing boxes, we have heaps (these particular boxes helped a friend of ours move internationally, so they're sturdy enough to survive a shipping container)

We're going to have the truck for the whole weekend, plus we're moving only about half hour away from where we currently are, so that helps. Also we've done this all before except that the last time was a lot harder, but I know it'll be a lot easier this time.

Boxes always come in handy, but we should be ok. Thanks for the offer!

We also watched The Killers but I couldnt give a rat ass about them, but when RHCP came on stage and started to perform, the whole ground was rumbling and this was outdoor, overcrowded, Can't Stop was amazing.
