    That is a bit high for a loose version... but not surprising that Hoist and Medix are going up in value.
    Blades was being scalped at hight prices before it was re-released with Hoist and Medix, but since the latter two aren't cartoon characters, and are now not likely to be re-released, they are now pretty rare (because few people would have bought them to resell). Most would have been bought by parents for their kids, and within the next few years some loose ones will show up on ebay as some parents try to sell off the toys their kid has grown out of. While the rare serious collectors who bought them are not likely to sell them for some time... until they give up collecting or have to make some money quickly.
    It's like trying to find certain types of mainline gimmick figures, that didn't interest too many serious collectors during release, and were mostly bought by parents... so not many end up being sold off later in collector circles.
