If anything this drives the price down due to "so many" being available.
That is really odd, with identical photos and similar descriptions.
Since at least two of those sellers look to be legit traders, I'm thinking that they could be selling agents (for commission), and the actual owner of the toy has offered it to all three stores to sell it... so that when one sells it, the other listings would be removed. I guess they don't expect more than one listing to sell at the exact same time, and if they did, they'd probably just message one of the buyers that the item was removed from sale.
There's probably nothing in the ebay rules to prevent it if each agent listing it was not aware of the others, but I think it would actually drive up the secondary price, as other people will think that it is the going rate (even if they don't sell), and it will affect the ebay system's average pricing recommendations (when listing something or looking at a similar item).
