That defies comment.... I just can't think of anything reasonable to say other than, maybe it is a drug deal and it is filled with cocaine... or it is a money laundering method.

It's a nice money box, but even if it was the sole unreleased pre-production prototype, it would not be worth more than a couple hundred dollars.
