Will be interested to hear what you think of it. I finished it last night and found it crushingly boring/disappointing compared to 2 (which I adored throughout, easily in my top 5 games of this generation). The desert chapters were superb however, loved every moment and the level design was MUCH better than anything that came before in the game. The characters are as charming as ever, but the big scenes that should really hit hard emotionally just really fail to resonate (at least for me).Originally Posted by 5FDP
Before I end my rant, while the combat in Uncharted 3 does show some improvements (LOVE the grenade toss back), it still has a loooong way to go. I can't believe you still have to press a button to pick up ammo and grenades!! In any other game simply walking over these items would add them to your inventory but Uncharted still has you pressing /\ every time. **** it is annoying! And I know it's not going to happen but I hope for UC4 they re-do Drake's movement, controlling Drake still feels like you're driving a boat...
