    Post Aaahh!!! Real Monsters

    G'day guys,

    Attachment 1731

I recently 'acquired' the complete series of this Cartoon as I loved it as a kid and still really do .

I was wondering if anybody on the forums had any of the figures that were released that they might want to sell?, but also to see what others thought of the show.

For those who aren't privy to this 'Snortch Beating' cartoon , here is a couple of links:

I have/had the figure of crumb, the one that had the horribly smelling armpits and the eyes you could put in his mouth, ill see if its still in my possesion.

I loved that show so much! just the awesome idea of screening the scares they did on kids, feel sorry for some of the cartoons kids have today.

I agree, the dribble that comes out today is just depressing.

The screening of the scares they performed on the 'Viewfinder' was an awesome concept I agree, it made me want to be a Monster as a kid if that was what all the testing entailed .

My brother was the only one of us to of had any of the figures and it too just happened to be Krumm, I can still smell the scent of that little blokes armpits when I remember hard enough , lol that's a scary revelation.

I figured I would post a pic of the Plush Toy Oblina that I have had for quite some time now:

She is cool, though, it's just not as cool as the little figures that were produced.

According to a little research though, apparently the Ickis Plush Toy is rare as hell and when he does show up on eBay, apparently just as rare, he has never sold for less than $145USD, which is insane! .

Gantz: Mate, if you've still got Krumm that would be F@!#$% Awesome man, I hope you do find him but if you don't, Thanks you very much for looking anyway .

Just the other day I was looking for episodes on youtube with not many great results. I assume there isn't a dvd release yet.

Unfortunately not, though I think that Nickelodeon has some deal with Amazon where you can request episodes which is then burnt to disc by Amazon and then mailed out to you.

There is another *cough* way of acquiring *cough* the series if you want, though it's not looked at highly, it may give Nickelodeon the hint to actually produce them .
