Hi, Is this the same item that I bid on last week and missed out on? If it is and the winning bidder did not pay, then why didn't you give me the 2nd chance that is available as I would have bought it and saved you all the hassle of re-listing it and losing more money on fees.

I've also reported the seller to eBay
