Yes, it was released in Australia however there are some that were extremely difficult to find, especially the ones towards the end of the series. These are in higher demand for most collectors ala Marvel comic issues 57 through to 80 (Simon Furman era).

Colouring/Poster TF Book @ $4.99 from Big W and the rest from Target Sale.
    @ $29, Remote Control R2-D2 was just a bargain!

Piranacon courtesy of llamatron and Tets
Movie Blackout and Scorponok courtesy of Demonac and Kyle
Transformers ROTF on the Wii courtesy of Target sale

Some thoughts, albeit some are years late:

    Piranacon: purty......

Blackout: nice helicopter and robot mode but I don't like the face. Bit disconcerting that the whole rotor assembly can detach. It's almost like kibble.

Scorponok: great alt mode, poor robot mode (you just stand him on his tail!?!!?)

ROTF Wii: much better than the first movie game. The camera's not so sensitive, your guns can actually damage opponents, it's two-player... the only downside is you can't transform whenever you want, unless you're doing a special attack.

I think Movie Scorponok's robot mode was something they forced on an originally none transforming toy design.

His bot mode reminds me a lot of G1 Fasttrack (G1 Scorponok's little buddy).
