There are several personal factors involved but it all basically just boils down to money / priorities. I don't want to get to a point where I've over-spent and have to part with my collection. I'm in a good place right now with everything I want. I'm sure I'll be tempted by some of your sale items though

I'll still be active on the board and may buy a legends toy from time-to-time (looking forward to the G1 legends announced at Botcon), and I've still got MP Grimlock, Predaking, and Unicron on preorder so it's not all bad.

That display stand looks very familiar. If that comes with Predaking and has a sound gimmick on it, I wonder what it would say.

I think the display stand is the prize item from the 2010 promotion. It's a bit odd that it appears to be a prototype though, considering the stand was shown to be the same as that which came with 20th Anniversary MP Prime...

Just a couple pages ago guys! The stand just happens to be in Predaking's vicinity - it doesn't come with him
It's intended for use with Rodimus Prime so the Autobot symbol makes sense.
