This is either fan made (private kitbash not for mass production) or a very early 'concept' prototype.

I doubt it has anything to do with the Devastator in which the thread is about.

Hopefully we won't have everyone making a Devastator..

i'm pretty sure it is different to the TFClub unofficial mass produced devastator, however, would be really cool if the TFClub version is just as big ...hahaha.
