Just a further update from my post earlier today.

C-371: Grandus MIB, stickers unapplied.


This guy has a lot of parts. I guess the easiest parts to misplace are the small yellow antennae


I'm quite fond of the head-sculpt. All the little yellow radars spin when the lift inside him moves.

Yep, I've already opened him up. Got him standing next to his two mates - Thrust and Ramjet, in my display cabinet.

I love the toy and my only gripe with it is the positioning of the wing under his arm - it makes it difficult to pose his arms because it kind of gets in the way.

I'll post some other pics soon when my Unicron arrives next week. Then I would have finished off packing both of my cabinets.

Sorry for the slow reply guys; spent the night with the wife and new baby so had no internet access. As you may have already guessed, he wasn't a local purchase so don't go crazy searching for him. I bought him off an online shop about 3 weeks ago. When / if you have the opportunity to pick him up, you won't be disappointed.

Yea the Gentai version is the same. But you just have to angle the wing a little bit for more poseability.

My acquisition today, albeit a small one, is a definite relief:

I thought these had been lost in the mail as I paid for them over a month and a half ago and they were shipped the following day, took over a month to receive them though where I had won-paid-received other items during this period.

At any rate, my G1 Scorponok is a little bit more complete today.
