Yeah, Sludge's knees seem to be a bit of a trouble spot for the old bloke and in regards to the sword, lol, I was unaware at the time of the pic who's sword it was but figured Swoop needed to hold something too.

As hinted at in the ID/Help thread, I have picked up Cybertron Metroplex.

He doesn't have any accessories - not even his head antennae - but that's OK because I plan to customise him, either to G1 Metroplex (but then I'd need those antennae... and paint him white. White paint is evil!) or Fortress Maximus. There are some beaut versions out there on the net.
