"Torafo" is the Japanese fan slang abbreviation for "Toransufoomaa" (Transformers). So the theme of this game is Japanese TF characters! So starting off with +/-1 to heal/hurt and of course as each character is defeated everyone gets and additional +/-1. And yes, I've intentionally omitted Overlord (besides he _was_ released by Hasbro anyway so the toy's technically not a Japanese exclusive).
