That is true, for some.
I've experienced none of these issues dude and have always received confirmation and tracking details - just an update email saying sorry, delay this, warehouse that would be perfectly fine by me.
I just don't like spending money and receiving not even so much as communication for it, I bet there are quite a few members who can empathise and relate to that.

When the Crossfire sets were released, Robot Kingdom also took it's time to notify me of shipment. However I did receive them fairly promptly despite that.
