Acquisitions today. Wanted to get an MISB Doublecross in Jap box, but decided not to since I will probably open it. Bought these instead... second D-306: Darkwings giftset...

Incredible!, it's simply incredible how you manage to find these things, in the condition they are and for the prices you do!

Did you get the second set so you can actually take one set out to much around with? or are these one's and their box just in better nic than the previous ones?

oh gosh, you should have went for it at 150. You can't go wrong with buying any of the Japanese exclusives for around the $100 mark...

Actually, both sets are in equally good condition. The second set has a slight degree of flap crease but the toys have never been transformed before.

It's just from a local toy shop. Bar the really rare stuff, there isn't much that isn't available at the hundreds of toy shops here. It's just that they are all in Kowloon and I have to change trains to get there which is slightly inconvenient.

I don't mind telling you the prices of how much I paid for all 3 sets.
D304 an D305 individual boxes = HKD$4000
D306 (first set, C9 box, no flap crease, complete paperworks) = HKD$3600
D306 (second set, C8.5 box, toys never transformed, but no paperworks) = HKD$3800

I reckon I would pass out if I went looking for a... say, Generations figure and stumbled across a MIB Japanese G1 anything!
