so what this means is all you have to do is ask someone who *is* attending botcon to write your name and paypal email down and afterwards RK will send you an invoice via paypal.
i signed up late yesterday sat for one and i was only the 116th person to do so but if you sign up you have 10 days to pay after the release of the figure otherwise any leftover ones will be put up on there website for anyone to buy
