Postage ended up being $1.80, while envelopes were 16c each... making it just about exact to the estimated $2 (for those not pre-ordering).

Cost per Calendar before postage - $8.50 ($200 photography + $1400 printing + $100 peripheral expenses = $1700 / 200)
Cost per Calendar after domestic postage - $10.50

It managed to just get under the price range I was aiming for ($10), which means I have to sell 184 of the 200 to break even. But it's all a learning experience for next time.
