I really like Alternator Hot Rod's colour scheme (the Western/SDCC release). The various shades of red, orange, yello and gold all work together really well.

I like the black/grey/silver/teal colour scheme on most of the Nemesis Prime releases (especially on the Universe 2.0 one)

TFU.info doesn't let you externally link their images. The link may work for you cos it's probably cached on your machine, but when others like SkyWarp91 and myself click on it, it just gives us TFU.info's "protected" gif. Here's another image link -- damn that's one f'ugly repaint!

The best colour scheme on a Transformer would surely have to be pinkish crimson with fluoro green with purple with gold and accentuated by blue and red.
