It's because all the boxes for Spastic would have already been printed and scrapping them and reprinting whole new boxes for Over-Run would be very costly. It's much cheaper to just print stickers and paste them over the Spastic names. If I were Hasbro it's exactly what I would've done.

I figured they were going to do it that way anyway. I was just pointing it out, as i noticed the sticker wasn't put on perfectly
