He worked on the design of Animated Cheetor and that amounted to a new head and colour scheme for an existing toy. I'd love more brand new Animated toys but it's more likely to just be new heads and colour schemes.

I can't think what deluxe toy they'd use for an army builder. If there was a Starscream toy at that size it would be perfect. I could see Bumblebee getting a bunch of repaints (look at the AllSpark Almanac as Batrim suggested to see something like 10 ideas right there).

The problem is just the reverse: I'm a sucker for Animated, it's my all-time favourite TF series, so these sets are gonna be hard to pass up.

And quickly, what is everyone's thoughts on the exclusive this year, the Animated Stunticons??? Dead End looks sweet but I wonder what the rest will look like? Also, does that mean the other collectables will be combiner teams as well? I wonder the they will make a Leader class Megatron into Whirl??? Hell, they turned Ultra Magnus into Roadbuster didn't they??
