I would have preferred the sweeps to be all the same (each has a different biocard), so that most people could get a set and sell off two of them. But people like me are going to keep the set of three, and drive up the price of these because there are only 1000 sets, compared to 1400 or 2000 of the other sets. And the sweeps pack is a lot cheaper too (US$49 I think - haven't had a chance to note the prices yet) Not sure why there are so many of the Razorclaw set, as neither figure is that big a deal.

The various BotCon toys and merchandise.
I don't have photos of everything yet, and haven't had any time to upload the ones I do have, so I'm using the tformers gallery as reference for now.

    Pre-reg set

    Skyquake and Banzaitron

    Elita-1 and Razorclaw

Sweeps (or just see that photo above from jaydisc)

Litho by A Milne (called 'Transformers 25', but aside from it having 25 characters on it, I can't work out how those relate to each other).

T-shirts - blue one has Kup on the back, black one has the TFs anniversary on the front (but has 'botcon' on the sleeve).

Cap (no pic yet, but is black with red lettering for botcon 2009 on it).

Autograph card - I didn't actually know about this until right now, as I didn't have a chance to check this display out (was queuing up for over 2 hours and then had a number of people catching me afterwards, so wasn't able to go back before it closed last night)

And for those wanting to know what the customising class figure was - Mirror Universe Thunderclash.

I head off in about half an hour for todays events (its just past 8am Friday here), and will get pics and pricing info. I tried to post up stuff last night but I kept falling asleep (soooo tired, and the convention hasn't even started yet...).

Those Sweeps look damned cool as a set.

Too bad the 'tards that produce these things see fit to only make 1000.
Has to be one of the worst business decisions I have seen in my life.

    Yeah, it's very disappointing.

Actually, even though there are only 1000 sets, there are really more Sweeps (3000) than Banzai-Trons and Skyquakes (1400 each) and Razorclaws and Elita-1s (2000 each). I'm thinking a lot will keep all three, but you might see a lot of single ones on ebay for people who just want one.

As of the end of the Friday, they have left:
    Sweeps - 264 sets.
    Banzai-tron/Skyquake - 240 sets.
    Razorclaw/Elita-1 - 640 sets.

I think also though that there'll be people who will want 6 or 9 Sweeps for their display.

    Is this what you want?

Set one consists of Razorclaw and Elita-1 going for $80.00 USD and has a run of 2000 pieces. Set two has Banzai-tron and Skyquake at $60.00 USD with a run of 1500 pieces.

The last set is what we've all been waiting for: THE SWEEPS! At three to a set these were limited to 1000 pieces and cost $50.00 USD. Pics to follow.

Those prices are actually quite reasonable, no surprise that the Elita/Razorclaw set were the least popular.

With today's Australian prices, US$60 for two deluxes is not that much more expensive than buying two full prices deluxes (and about the same if they are from Myer).
