    Some people like to collect only originals, for purity purposes, like I don't collect fan-made or replica stuff. Saying you have a Gen1 collection that are actually from the 80s has more value (not talking financial value) than a collection filled with reissues. Plus there are people who do collect them for financial/investment purposes.

    I have a lot of reissues because I prefer a nicer looking collection when on display and to play with, and they are a lot cheaper option to achieve that.

    got my Optimus speaker bust today, preorderd in march from RobotKingdom...



    what excited me most was it was sent in a box from Fansproject with Superion upgrade kits... and I thought somehow, someway its here! but no! still Happy thou..

    Picked up All Hail Megatron #13 and the IDW Energon Vol 1 TPB.

    The Energon trade continues IDW's fine tradition of poor quality reprinting of Dreamwave comics. The only reason I'm half tempted to recommend the book is that half the story is set in Western Australia.

    Really it's probably cheaper to buy the individual issues anyway which did have issues with murky colouring but at least all the speech balloons were in sharp focus.
